Seniors: Vital, Active Christian Adults
Almost fifty percent of our population is 55 and older creating a “senior surge” in our world. To enable the First Church of Christ to meet needs in our community, a senior adult ministry was formed in 1989. Our purpose is to enrich the lives of our adults spiritually, provide opportunities for service, address various needs and encourage healthy relationships. Large group activities and small interest groups offer a variety of occasions for involvement. Our ministerial staff and leadership of First Church are available for assistance when needed.
As the interest and needs of the senior members are surveyed, activities and programs are planned.
