Community
Each year the community is offered a great pancake and sausage supper. The purpose of this supper is to serve as a fund raiser for FCC’s mission team. The community is invited, a free-will donation is accepted, and the proceeds go to the mission team to help fund an annual mission trip.
After school is out each year, all girls currently in grades 1, 2, or 3 are invited to the Lil’ Spikers Volleyball Camp. For two hours on two days the girls are taught the fundamentals of volleyball using “trainer balls” and lower nets. The information for this event is passed out during school and registration takes place through the school.
To coincide with the Bryan community trick or treat activities, FCC offers “Trunk n Treat.” Held in the FCC parking lot, it provides a safe place for parents to bring their children for candy and treats.
Thanksgiving is a wonderful family time. Here at FCC, we honor that tradition by providing a full Thanksgiving dinner for anyone in the community. Reservations are accepted prior to Thanksgiving Day by calling the church office and the meal may be enjoyed here at the church or meals can be delivered to your home. There is no cost.
To ring in the celebration of the birth of Jesus Christ, FCC offers a Christmas Eve celebration service. A time of Christmas carols, candlelight, and celebration of the birth of a Savior.
